The full Terms of Service — including the Investment Advisory Agreement for Grounded Wealth Management LLC clients, the account-opening terms for Unit-issued bank accounts, and the brokerage agreements for our investment partners — are being finalised with counsel and will be posted here before public launch.

Until then, the relationship between you and Grounded is governed by:

• The terms shown in-product when you open a Grounded Checking account (issued by our partner bank, member FDIC).
• The Form ADV brochure delivered before any advisory relationship begins.
• The brokerage account agreement displayed in the investment account opening flow.
