Grounded Wealth Management LLC and Grounded Money Inc. take the privacy of your data seriously. The full Privacy Notice — the categories of information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, your rights under GLBA, CCPA, and applicable state laws, and how we let you exercise them — is being finalized with counsel and will be posted here before public launch.

In the meantime, the operating principles you should expect from us:

• We never sell your personal information. We do not use your banking, investing, or transaction data for advertising.
• Bank and brokerage credentials are tokenised through our aggregation partners (Stripe Financial Connections, Plaid) — Grounded never stores them.
• Tax documents and uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and are deleted on request.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@grounded.money.
